Justin Lucas had the dream of being a professional bass fisherman at the age of 12 years old. At 23 he had saved enough money and moved to Alabama to chase that dream and has never looked back since.

In my first vehicle (Chevy Tahoe) I would park in hotel parking lots where friends were staying and sleep in the back of my SUV, but pay my buddies to take a shower.

What's your origin story? How did you start out?
I started out fishing in local tournaments in northern California. I had won enough money by the time I was 23 to pack up my stuff and move to Alabama (the heart of professional bass fishing tournaments) to chase my dream of becoming a professional bass fisherman.
How do you like giving back? What's the cause you're passionate about or your favorite non-profit/organization?
Compassion International. We sponsor 4 kids through this amazing orginzation.
